Polycarbonate Sheet
SUNLITE Polycarbonate sheets are ideally suited to many roofing projects, such as conservatories, car ports or covered walk ways. The sheets combine a number of excellent properties including high impact resistance, remarkable insulation, durability, 10 year limited warranty and excellent light transmission.

PVC Capped Rafter Supported Bar
A strong lightweight, easy to fit glazing bar that accommodates 10mm or 16mm multi-wall polycarbonate sheeting. The aluminium base profile contains two sealing gaskets to provide a waterproof seal on the sheet or the edge trim. A co-extruded lip on the PVC capping section provides a watertight finish while permitting the thermal movement of the sheet.
PVC Dual Purpose Sheet End Closure & Side Flashing Profile
This PVC profile can be used in two different ways. It can be used to close the end of the sheet or as an edge trim for the PVC Capped Rafter Bar which provides a neat finish to the side of the roof. This profile simply replaces the rubber seal in the base section.
PVC Sheet End Closure Profile
This PVC profile is used to close the end of a sheet. There is an internal stop which ensures a gap for ventilation. It is advisable to use anti-dust tape on the sheet before applying this profile.
Fixing Buttons
Fixing buttons are available in packs of 10 sets, each set contains a plastic fixing with push in cover, neoprene seal and a screw. Fixing packs support both 10mm and 16mm sheeting and in a choice of White or Brown.
Anti Dust Breather Tape
The clarity of multi-wall Polycarbonate sheeting can only be retained if care is taken to exclude all dust particles, insects and moisture. Contamination by dust and moisture will soon lead to the growth of unsightly algae and moulds. The best protection is the use of a quality breather tape, which allows full ventilation of all sections and channels of the polycarbonate.
