We specialise in producing rigid PVC profiles. A full design service is available to assist you in designing the most suitable profile for your application.

       Our in-house tool room allows us to produce tooling
       to customer requirements and make modifications 
       when necessary during production. 

t  Tooling on Hand...
       With our own tooling for hundreds of extrusions on
       hand we can often provide immediate solutions, 
       possibly eliminating or reducing heavy tooling costs.

t  Competitive Prices...
       These facilities enable us to give competitive prices
       for specific customer requirements. Dies and formers
       can be produced and modifications made very 
       quickly to ensure your profiles reach you in good 
       time.

t  Small Production Runs...
       As a medium sized and flexible company we are able to undertake relatively small production runs
       (subject to minimum quantity of 1500m) of non-stock profiles to customers' own design. 

t  Production Lead Times...
       We normally ask that you allow us 10 working days for production of orders from existing tooling.
       In cases of extreme urgency we can usually accommodate a quicker delivery time.
