t General
These Terms & Conditions of Sale
override any Conditions of Purchase stipulated by the Buyer
t Prices
All goods will be invoiced at the
prices ruling at the date of despatch, unless otherwise agreed
in writing by the Company. The
Company reserves the right to alter prices without notice.
t Tooling Costs
50% deposit with signed order for
minimum quantity quoted, balance on approval of samples.
No tooling will be cut until a fully
dimensioned and signed drawing has been received.
Tooling is for your exclusive use and
will be kept available for you until the 36th month after your
last order is produced.
t Orders & Despatch
The Company strives to despatch all
orders within two working days of receipt of the order.
All deliveries are on a three day service, although a next day
option is available at an
additional charge. Orders for next
day delivery must be received at the Sales Office by 2:00pm
t Carriage Paid Orders
All orders are subject to a carriage
charge of £10 if invoice value is below £100 nett.
t Payment
Payments must be received no later
than the last day of the month following the month in which
the goods were delivered. Any
deviation from these terms must be agreed in writing.
t Passing of Title
All goods remain the property of the
Company until paid for in full.
