Tubeway distribute wall sheets for the Hygienic Cladding of buildings, facilities and animal dwellings, designed to make cleaning quick and effective, and maintain food and laboratory hygiene. Made from rigid PVC, they have the following attributes:

  • Allow repeated cleaning cycles
  • Chemical and noxious gas resistant
  • Rust proof
  • Resistant to marking and scratching
  • Mechanically durable
  • White gloss finish that gives excellent light reflection
  • Fire resistant and self-extinguishing

Hygienic Cladding is necessary for a number of industries with sanitary and contamination issues, such as animal accomodation and treatment, food preparation. storage of volatile products, workshops, clean rooms and laboratories.

Palclad cladding sheets are Class 1 fire rated to BS476 Part 7.

Please note that our Hygienic Cladding sheets are subject to a 5-10 day lead time, and a minimum £25 delivery charge. Tubeway are unable to provide sheets to bespoke measurements unless for bulk orders - please see tables for details.
